Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a small balcony that was a nice surprise, although the rooms were smaller than depicted in the pictures. Despite being warm, the staff charged our money multiple times before my arrival, which was frustrating and the staff was unhelpful.
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and Sacre Coeur, making it a good spot for sightseeing and a night's stay. The rooms were comfortable but could get stuffy due to the air con system being reversed to heating. The service was a mix, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others were less satisfactory. Dining options were decent but slightly overpriced for the selection available.
The hotel offers views as far as the Eiffel tower and is just up the hill behind the Hotel, close to Sacre Coeur and the Anvers metro stop. The rooms can get stuffy due to the air conditioning system being reversed to heating, and the central heating can make it too cold at times. The service is professional and the staff friendly, though the dining options may be limited given the price. However, it is helpful that the hotel held our suitcases after check out. The facilities are correct, but the price may be a little high for what is offered.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small but clean and met the standard. However, the lack of decor and a broken bed made the experience uncomfortable. The lift was tiny, and the shower felt cramped. Overall, it was poor value for money due to the room size and cleanliness concerns.
I found the hotel to be well-located in the heart of Montmartre, close to everything I wanted to see. The rooms were decent, but may not be suitable for someone above average build. The service was a bit hit or miss, with forgetfulness on simple requests. The dining was a mix of excellent dishes and some that didn't taste good. Overall, it was a good stay for the price paid.
